Privacy Policy
TFM Access Grants by Ops (the "App") is an internal tool used by The Feed Media ("TFM", "we") to manage which TFM team members can work on the Meta advertising assets of the clients we run campaigns for. It is not available to the public and has no end users outside TFM.
What data the App accesses
Through the Meta Marketing API and Business Management API, and only for assets a client has already shared with the TFM business portfolio, the App reads and updates:
- Ad account, Page, pixel and dataset identifiers and names
- Which TFM business users are assigned to each asset, and their permission level
- Basic account status and delivery information (for example campaign status and spend) used to confirm an asset is active
The App does not access the personal data of people who see or interact with ads, and it does not read messages, audiences or customer lists.
How we use it
We use this data only to give the right TFM team member access to the right client asset, and to remove that access when they no longer work on the client. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share this data with any third party. It is used only by TFM staff.
Storage and retention
The App works on live data from Meta and keeps no copy of it, apart from a short operational log of which access was granted to whom and when. That log is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.
Deleting your data
To ask for any data about you to be deleted, or to ask a question about this policy, email sindy@thefeedmedia.com. We will act on the request within 30 days. Business users can also remove the App's access at any time in Meta Business Settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
